Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that Andrea Uschold will join the management team of PINTSCH GmbH as CFO and Commercial Managing Director effective October 5, 2026.

With Andrea, we are gaining a highly experienced finance and leadership professional with more than 25 years of experience in international industrial and engineering companies. Most recently, she served as CFO of Europe & Global Treasury at KAMAX. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in finance and controlling, treasury and cash management, transformation, and the commercial management of complex industrial and project-based businesses.

We have come to know Andrea as a highly competent, clear, and at the same time approachable leader. She combines a strong grasp of numbers and business with pragmatism, structure, and a strong focus on execution, and views finance as an active partner to the operational business. At the same time, she embodies an engaging leadership style that delegates responsibility, develops teams, and fosters open collaboration. This combination of seniority, operational proximity, and a drive to shape the future is particularly valuable for PINTSCH’s next phase of development.

Andrea will assume responsibility for finance – including controlling and accounting, IT, commercial project management, as well as compliance and legal affairs. As CFO, she reports directly to Steffen Munz, CEO of Schaltbau Holding AG. Together with Nicolas Hélary, Spokesperson for the Executive Board and CEO, she forms the Executive Board of PINTSCH GmbH. With this structure, we are strengthening commercial management while also establishing a clear division of labor: Nicolas can focus even more strongly on strategic direction, the market and customers, as well as the further development of PINTSCH.

We are delighted to have Andrea join PINTSCH and are confident that she will be an excellent addition to the company and the leadership team, both professionally and personally. We wish her every success as she begins her role on October 5. ProRail and PINTSCH have announced that they have reached a mutually agreed settlement regarding the new generation of signalling systems. They are not disclosing the details of this settlement. Both ProRail and PINTSCH are pleased to have found an out-of-court solution and are looking to the future with confidence.

Neither party has ruled out future cooperation.

Our PINTSCH ACADEMY offers you the opportunity to take part in product training courses that are tailored to your individual requirements. Our courses focus particularly on maintenance staff of DB AG and secondary railways. We combine theory and practice to enhance your knowledge of our level crossing protection technologies PINPROTEGIO 500 (RBÜT and RBUEP). The focus is on both theoretical and practical exercises. In order to ensure the best possible communication of the contents, our courses are limited to a maximum number of 8 participants.
