Wheel sensors:

Our highly sensitive and extremely robust wheel sensors were originally developed for demanding environments such as industry and mining. And we have developed them further for applications in railway infrastructure:
Installed directly on the rail, the wheel sensors handle not just switching and positioning tasks, but also direction detection and axle counting.

Axle counting:

The downstream axle counting systems use the wheel sensors to count the incoming and outgoing axles and precisely analyse the counting results. Our axle counting systems stand for maximum reliability and safety in track clear or occupied signalling worldwide. Certified to the highest safety standard SIL4, they ensure that track sections are precisely monitored and safe.

Our point machines are robust, low-maintenance and easy to service: They guarantee reliable shunting paths.
 
The point machine has a patented, internal locking system eliminating the need for external systems such as the high-maintenance clamp lock.
 
Thanks to its low overall height, the point machine can be integrated into existing track systems without any adjustments. The complete throwing system includes all necessary components such as brackets and rods, rod covers and protection shields: A solution that simplifies operation and maintenance.

Our electric point heating system provides system operators with a reliable solution for keeping points free of snow and ice at all times: Perfect conditions for smooth train services even in winter. The durable, variable system components enable simple installation and minimise maintenance work.
 
With flexible control concepts, stock rail and lock chamber heating systems can be controlled separately and points can be prioritised – thus saving energy and resources while ensuring maximum availability of the point. The required energy can be taken directly from the overhead line or the public grid.
